Where Forfait acts as exclusive capital-raise mandatary for a specific opportunity (clearly identified in the materials), Forfait has a financial interest in the success of the transaction. The full nature of that interest, including any structuring or success fee, is disclosed in the relevant deal materials provided to Investor and Professional members under appropriate confidentiality terms.
