A short application, a KYC check (passport + proof of address + source of funds), and an accreditation review. Approval takes 2–5 business days. Once approved, the annual fee is invoiced and access is provisioned the same day.
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancellations are processed within 30 days; any unused portion of an annual fee is refunded prorated, minus a 5% admin retention.
On marketplace listings, no — submission is free. On Forfait-led mandates, yes — the firm earns a fee on capital deployed under those mandates, disclosed to participating members in the deal materials.
Yes. Every PDF you download embeds your member reference, the download timestamp, and a unique chain hash. This is for attribution and to enable revocation if a document leaves the membership.
Yes. USD and EUR are accepted on the Investor and Professional tiers. The exchange rate at invoice is locked for the annual term.
